Hendra Wijaya, Founder and President
Hendra Wijaya is the founder of Perpetual Wealth Group and is recognized for his integrity, excellence, and commitment to helping clients achieve lasting financial success. With more than two decades of experience, he has dedicated his career to educating individuals, families, and business owners on how to strategically position themselves for long-term security and growth.
Hendra has developed a unique and proven approach to financial planning—one that identifies dollars clients are unknowingly and unnecessarily losing. By uncovering these inefficiencies and redirecting resources, he helps clients strengthen their financial future with confidence and clarity. Over the years, his work has revealed that people often lose money through the following:
How they pay their mortgage,
How they pay their taxes,
How they save for their retirement savings in qualified plans (401k, 403b, IRA, SEP IRA, 457b, etc.),
How they save for education funding, and
How they save for major purchases.
His philosophy is grounded in a comprehensive approach, guided by Six Fundamental Financial Planning Considerations: Longevity, Liquidity, Inflation, Market Fluctuations, Mortality, and Taxes. By addressing these core areas, Hendra empowers his clients to protect assets, mitigate risk, and maximize opportunities for tax-efficient growth while gaining a clear understanding of their goals, objectives, and risk tolerance.
Hendra earned his bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from Brigham Young University–Hawaii, where he also developed expertise in finance, accounting, economics, marketing, and business strategy. A Las Vegas resident for more than two decades, he is married to his best friend, Debora Mila Wijaya, and together they are blessed with three adult children. In his free time, Hendra enjoys golf and cherishes time with family.
Chuk (Emma) Che
Emma completed her undergraduate degree in political science from Brigham Young University – Hawaii.
Being born and raised in Malaysia with Chinese roots and influences, she was very intrigued by the Western culture and how the two cultures blend through the influence of Christian faith.
She started her career in the commercial insurance space and later moved towards personal finance.
She is passionate in providing solutions to individuals and families on how to protect what they value most. She enjoys working with individuals and families, helping them with financial strategies that fit their philosophy and pocketbook.
While raising her three boys as a single mother, she transitioned to work as a support staff for Morgan Stanley. She worked in their retirement department, then Chairman club, supporting high volume financial advisors, and then moved to customer services department in helping high net worth clients directly.
Emma joined Fidelity to help kick start the Mandarin support services team in the Stock Plan department. She helped servicing Fidelity clients who have employees and executive employees in China and Taiwan.
Later, Emma transitioned to providing service to high-net-worth clients of Fidelity. She helped with trades and resolved any other concerns that they had with their accounts.
Emma is fluent in Mandarin and has a strong entrepreneurial spirit. She obtained her master’s degree in business administration and opened a few restaurants that she eventually consolidated and sold.
After seeing the success of her longtime friend, Hendra Wijaya, Emma decided to join forces with him to help people around her and those she may come in contact with, to achieve financial stability and protect what they value most.
She believes in being honest and straightforward when it comes to helping clients with solutions to their financial needs. She is looking forward to seeing the good that will come about through her commitment to help people be more efficient with what they have.
Aaron Kim
Aaron was born in Honolulu, Hawaii and has resided there his whole life. In his free time, he enjoys working out, spending time with family and friends, and traveling the world with his wife, Sarah.
He is a huge advocate for proper financial planning, and understands the importance of maximizing your assets and reducing your financial risk. He has since dedicated his career to helping families achieve their retirement dreams.
William Heninger
William Has been in the insurance and financial services business since 2006. For the last 15 years, he has owned his own agency helping business owners and individuals with their financial strategies.
In 2005 William studied and passed his qualifications for becoming a Certified Senior Advisor, CSA and has continued his certifications in the insurance and financial fields. Willaim is focused and committed to providing valuable information that other advisors rarely discussed. He helps individuals, families, and business owners on how to best position themselves for financial success while protecting them from critical losses caused by Life, Health and Accident and safeguarding his client’s wealth and income by analyzing each client’s personal economic profile and help them find money they are losing unknowingly and unnecessary in the economic climate. To accomplish his mission William resourced and developed an integrated relationship with Perpetual Wealth Group.
By using Perpetual Wealth Group’s business model, William has developed a more powerful comprehensive approach when it comes to providing quality advice about clients’ finances, wealth management, and preservation. This allows William to specialize in designing and creating assets for top-income earners to escape the retirement tax trap, want more tax-free retirement cash flow, protection from market crashes and increasing taxes, and potential double-digit growth.
William Studied Business at Indiana University South Bend. During that time unforeseen life events interrupted the pursuit of his degree, however it allowed him to gain real world experience in managing all aspects of business as he helped run his father’s business. Those events helped William to see how important planning is. During his time in managing the family business William honed his skills in business finance, accounting, business strategies, marketing, business communications, and business management.
William has spent most of his life in Indiana. However, he moved to the Las Vegas area in 2011. He recently moved back to Indiana to help his aged Mother and father. He has 2 children. He loves the outdoors, is an avid golfer and spends most of his time with family.
Nicholas Kasai
Nicholas was born in Hawaii and has lived there his whole life. In his spare time, he enjoys working on cars, training Brazilian jiujitsu, and trying new restaurants. He is excited to help new clients and build trusting relationships through exceptional service.
